Pros

You will make ok money when they decide to pay you the right rates.

Cons

Treated like a dog to make that money. Will work you into the ground. Health insurance is well over the average cost. You are not treated like family. You are treated like a number. They will give you every excuse in the book to not pay you the right rates. The best one is that you gotta be fare to the company. If you like getting talked to like crap all day, it could be a good company for you

Life Changing Company

Pros

I have worked at George Harms construction as a welder for many years and I can say that there are good and bad days. This wouldn't be an honest review if I did not say that but there is not one day that I am not grateful for the life that this company had given me. The salary is great, The 401k plans are outstanding, The insurance is amazing.

Cons

Construction is a very hard job and if you are not ready to work hard for it then do not apply for this company
