Great start to my career in the accounting field.

Pros
I enjoy the many challenges that are presented to me. One day, I'll be entering invoices into our accounting program then the next I'll be working on tracking trends. The benefits are great: 401K, dental, vision, education compensation.
Cons
Office culture could be better. There is a lack of communication on the upper management's part. I have to find out what is going on through office personnel instead of something that should be more professional such as memos or meetings. I want to be able to plan my work accordingly so that I don't appear to be unorganized or unwilling to cooperate.
