The head boss's huge pictures are around the head office, and when he's in the office he even doesn't bother to say back getting to employees. Managers take their anger out on their employees. If you are new, co-workers or managers will bully, harass and make you feel like dirt. Very toxic work culture as the company is run by non-professionals who can't keep up with the times. If you work here, expect a lot of racism and much more (even though they claim they are very multicultural).
