      Pros

      Resigning and getting out of there.

      Cons

      Way too much nepotism which can cause morale and leadership issues. I don't think they see this as being a problem because it is engrained in their culture. "Southern Style" is also an euphemism for good ole boy system. Don't be fooled.

      Pros

      Mostly dedicated employees who want to do their best, great benefits, good office location

      Cons

      Reorganization totally mishandled with no knowledge transfer, senior leadership have placed junior leadership in roles they can't handle , no room for growth anymore once you are hired, too top heavy with unnecessary junior execs, morale is currently terrible.

      Benefits, pay is fair, work is exciting

      Cons

      Business model, internal politics, feels like a culture from the 80s. To advance is not about top performance or being a great leader. It is about having family or someone close in high places. Diversity is not valued. Especially diversity in thought.
