Pros

Constant work and paid punctually, you know where you are each week so being able to budget was never an issue

Cons

Useless foreman and supervisor's and way to top heavy with management. The guys on the ground are treated like crap and georgiou have a really bad culture of NOT practicing what they preach especially when it comes to safety. Also the only way to process is not through hard work, but purely on how much of a snake you can be, also threaten to quit seems to work. Avoid
