Pros

Working with a bunch of non experienced people

Cons

Nobody communicates with each other, office is ran so bad, installers are looked at like gods while everyone else is treated badly. Owners could care less about anything besides money. Bottom line it’s a company digging its own grave

Geoscape Solar Response
7y
Geoscape is proud to have just celebrated its 10th year in business. During the ups and downs of the solar business, while hundreds of solar companies have gone out of business, Geoscape stands strong and has never had to lay off a single person. Geoscape has more than 40 teammates now - the CEO and the other partners care deeply about all of them. Open communication is an important part of running the business. Geoscape’s management team has an open door policy and always welcomes suggestions and criticism, while constantly seeking to improve company-wide communication. Geoscape’s insurance company routinely runs DMV reports on all drivers of company vehicles. If any major infraction is reported, Geoscape would take appropriate disciplinary action.
