      Pros

      Company culture and employee benefits are top-tier. As a smaller company, you can see how much time and effort they put into genuinely caring about their employees. Remote work and job flexibility are also a major plus! I love their use of Fringe for employees. We get 250 points every month that we can use to get certain benefits for free. I love it!

      Cons

      No major cons except for their main office. Although it is very modern and beautiful, it is not a traditional office space and lacks sufficient parking. Average pay is also a bit low for the Northern Virginia area.
