      - Well-known brand - Saturday Overtime pay

      Cons

      - Official “5.5+ day” work week. Often overworked, under constant levels of stress and are sleep deprived. - Family business with very old school mindset. - Unclear business direction. - Random-style and terrible management. - A great number of human resource goes to the area with negative profit. - Leaders UNABLE to manage their emotion. - No respect on employee’s works. Unlimited expectations. Duplicated works with other internal teams due to showing off someone’s ability. - Work far beyond Your Job Descriptions
