      Pros

      Young environment and lots of new Ikea furniture.

      Cons

      If you apply for ecommerce position better know is "country manager's assistant", robotical work since you are just doing all the tasks the country manager doesn't want to do. You don't have any voice since the country managers are the only ones who know about results and decisions. No matter that you have more knowledge than them, they are never going to put your ideas on the table. Lot of people is getting hired and from what I know there was a day before summer that half of the company was fired... sounds bad to me.... it is a hiring and firing philosophy... and a lot of the old employees are also leaving, its kind of weird.

      Pros

      - very good people, made new friends within the team - nice office

      Cons

      - lack of strategic direction, no transparency at all - when communication, very much top down - no people orientation, even HR is not reachable or interested in employees needs, that was different before with other HR Lead - no real development of position, hire and fire culture - work a lot of extra hours and no extra compensation, normal procedure, not so family friendly

      Young environment, nice people, cool office.

      Cons

      Bad management, hiring and firing culture... avoid if you want stability (contracts last one year or less). And now you tell to your employees to rate the company...kinda funny.
