Nope, DON't Do It

Pros

Good people. Left alone to do work. (Which can also be a con as no one really gives you direction. But you can learn from your errors.)

Cons

Very little direction about specific job or company mission. CEO speaks a lot about family nature of company. And how he wnats to make eveyone money, but does not interat with staff. Nor help nor wxplain things. We do not know our gloas, nor how much we make in revenue, nor how much we lose. They do wrok on selling the company to a big competitor but not srure which one. Seems like CEO always wroking on deals. I think they cook the books as we don't sem to hvae any revnues I can count. The big con is lack of atention to staff and what is expected of thme, and then firing them for not meeting unclear goals! I know, doesn't make sense, rgight? And 50% of the cmopany is made of free or cheap labor: intrens who receive nothing for 90 days and are then released.
