Pros
I worked for Get Active for two years and only left due to going on maternity leave The management are so understanding and approachable. They really took my working hours and requirements into account as I have two other children who I needed to balance childcare for, who ended up being able to come to the club for free while I worked which saved me so much money in childcare fees. I loved working with our children and building relationships with them at the club
Cons
I don't really have any other than not having many hours available during school hours, but having my children being able to access the club meant this didn't impact us much at all
