      Pros

      As everyone is fresher from weak background, the environment was friendly. Good only for internship.

      Cons

      The work happens in silos, so you can only learn a few things. The writing is extremely monotonous and you have no idea what the purpose is. No practical training in SEO, only theory. Targets set are unrealistic and quantity is favoured over quality. It's a content factory and there is no attempt to give ownership for work. Extremely manual work, not challenging at all.

      - Learn many good and bad things

      - you will be asked by management to join the webinar to give Fake Attendance like in EHEVF - entire company joined the webinar to make it successful on 2nd and 3rd day...awesome - the company management runs Google ads shamelessly - LPU, UPES, Bennett, Sharda, Goenka, DIT, Jain, ITM, Manav Rachna, Amritha, Birla Global etc. - There is hardly any college traffic. All 3-4 Mn traffic is from Exams, Sarkari, and Random category. - You will be trained to speak lies to the clients - Not yet paid for leave encashment scheme.
