FIRE FIGTHING EVERY DAY, specially IN HR dept. absence of basic management insights. no care for employees.

No Job security. Employees are fired just on logging web WhatsApp or gmail. Weird policies. The only browser that can be used in Internet Explorer. If someone is blue-eyed boy, policy will be relaxed. IT Management expects employees to work like robots which they themselves dont and they dont tell this expectation in the interview. Even asking that the company has a gym, or talking about weather or Cricket match, can amount to bad behaviour and termination. Micro-management to the point that if the employee enters outside company premises, he is asked why did you do that. The only thing left for them to do is install a tracker on the employee. The only way to survive is by putting a tape on your mouth. Civil dress is not allowed. Kurta shalwar is not even allowed on Fridays.
