Pros

Absolutely nothing. - Free WiFi, maybe. - Can smoke outside the building, or if it’s a regular day and the boss isn’t there, then in the building only.

Cons

- For women, there’s no hygienic washrooms. - Most of the “chairs” look like the ones in Stranger Things. - Hires male employees more for technical jobs, so that they can be forced to work overtime. - Salaries, carry forwarded leaves and anything else that you feel other companies would be providing, these guys don’t. - No Saturdays off. No WFH. - Forces you to work for 8 to 13 companies registered in the same address, under their same name. Heavy scams and money laundering prevails lol. - You get hired for something, you work for 3 other things as well after learning it on youtube, and you do this for 6 other companies they own, which you’re not even getting paid for. - Mars & Saturn by Good Health Company are other parts of this big scam. These companies for skincare and wellness provide products for men through Mars and products for women through Saturn. But being behind the scene, I can tell you, they just change the label on the box and the Advertisement placeholders. Nothing else is different. The worklife and toxicity that prevails here is unbearable. - Threatening and blackmailing is brought out in sly ways from the boss, Samarth Sindhi; and to keep up with him, the director, his younger brother Nirbhay Sindhi uses his short-temperedness and rash decisions to scare the employees, thinking they would work more. They fire 2-3 employees on a regular basis every month. It’s a tactic so no one disobeys them. Two months ago, Samarth had fired over 53 telecallers without issuing them any notice beforehand. Also he has fired multiple other employees in the vast scam network of over 200 people. - None of the companies clients actually get anything they signed up for. They just wait for the payment and it’s a quantity over quality environment here. - Some of the names these guys go under are, Antler Technologies, Sage, Aniwell, GHC, GKC, Mars, Saturn, Sendsamples, and so on. They have a dedicated calling team that just scouts restaurants in US & UK using Google my Business in Maps. Then they spam call using a by-hearted format trying to sign them up for a $1 contract for a month and then if they want to cancel later, can do so as well. In just $1, as the first month is free, the client tries to take advantage of the company and asks for a lot of free creatives. But due to lack of a good Design Operations or even a team, the work of over 400 clients keeps piling up every month. This again causing the prevalent toxic management pressure and mindless workforce just listening to someone bark like a dog. - Each call made, is claimed to be from US where we have a team of 30+ developers and designers lol. - HR team is useless and doesn’t really exist. It helps the interests of the company only and never the employee or any other human for that sake. - The finance team is pretty much the CEO’s credit card only. So much more but I’m done for now.
