Pros

Those not on the board and working "on the ground" are great people Free hot drinks and fruit Office environment has been designed with collaboration in mind

Cons

Lack of empathy from all board members No awareness of mental health i.e. I was told to take a walk around the block when I had a breakdown in the office Senior team are ruthless and lacking any kind of awareness of what's going on around them - this starts at the top Favouritism - if you're not on the board or CEOs "like" list, you won't stand a chance Meetings are a place for less senior team members to be humiliated They hide between the guise of being a "great place to work" and good PR - employees old and new can see right through this

AVOID THIS COMPANY

Pros

None avoid if you can

Cons

This company has been an utter disappointment. They make big promises, like pay rises, but fail to follow through, leaving employees feeling deceived and unappreciated. The situation has been made even worse by relentless redundancies, creating a skeleton staff that’s completely overwhelmed. The constant pressure and lack of support are pushing employees to their limits, with no acknowledgment or action from management. To make matters worse, the leadership, starting with the CEO is utterly useless. There’s no clear vision, no transparency, and certainly no regard for the well-being of the employees who are keeping the business afloat. Instead of addressing the glaring issues, the CEO and higher-ups seem more interested in protecting their own interests than fixing the toxic environment they’ve created. Morale is at rock bottom, and it’s clear that the company cares more about cutting costs than supporting its staff. This place is not only poorly managed but also completely demoralizing to work for. Avoid it if you can.

Hi and thanks for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re sorry to hear about your frustrations, especially around the pay rises and the impact of changes across the organisation. We understand how tough it must be to feel overwhelmed and unsupported, and we’re working on improving how we support our teams, especially during times of change. That said, I do want to address the comments about leadership. We take all feedback seriously, and while we encourage open, honest feedback, we also believe in treating everyone with respect. We know the leadership needs to improve on transparency and communication, and we’re committed to making improvements in these areas. Morale is important, and we genuinely appreciate your feedback, and we’re committed to learning from it as we move forward. Thanks again for sharing your thoughts and if there's anything you'd like to expand on, please get in touch with me directly. Many thanks, Nicki Ablett - Talent Acquisition Manager
