It’s hard to find the right words for a message that is clearly communicating disappointment therefore we would love to understand better where your frustration is coming from. We know that difficult decisions were made in the last couple of months, but we tried to be transparent and fair in all conversations and actions.
In order to hopefully make you feel better I can offer you several options.
- have a chat with the person you feel most comfortable with from team-team
- talk to your team facilitator so that they can raise your concerns without you being the center of attention
- ask anonymous questions via our questions tool in jour fix
