      Horrible place to work, Very less salary, Overwork, Politics, Rude people esp The Co-founder and Program Lead, Expectations are that the employee should work 24/7, Biased attitude, No workplace policies, Hardcore business venture in disguise of NGO - buying the products at minimal rate from the ngos n selling it triple the price to the client,
