This review is specifically about the recruiting and onboarding experience. Over the past 5-months I've interviewed at more than seven of the top hyperscalers and data center developers, and I was shocked by how impersonal and unfriendly most of their recruiting teams were. It felt sooo inhumane. I hadn't dealt with HR much in years, and I couldn't believe how cold and transactional the process has become across the industry.
