Pros
Cutting edge technology that is delivering value for it's customers. The team is A+. Everyone is top of class / top 1% at every company they were at, which leads to a fast-paced, high bar culture. Flat organization where everyone leans in to help. AI is infused throughout the company to move fast and be efficient.
Cons
The company is scaling fast and not everything is figured out, which is understandable. Those that will be successful here must take a first principles mentality, bring ideas and be ready to solve.

Pros
The people are the highlight, genuinely some of the smartest, most ambitious folks I've worked with. Everyone cares deeply about the work and puts in the effort, but what sets the team apart is the balance between being eager to learn and equally willing to teach. On top of that, everyone is highly proficient with AI and uses it effectively in their day-to-day work, which raises the bar across the board. You're also given the resources you need to actually succeed in your role.
Cons
The pace is fast, really fast. While that energy is exciting, it can sometimes make it difficult to land on the "right" decisions because alignment doesn't always keep up with how quickly things are moving. More of the same, change management could also improve.
