- Gigs is really revolutionising an industry that is begging for innovation & transformation! - Great people & culture. Growing rapidly. - Get the chance to work with great technology. E.g. building the entire data stack basically from scratch. - Pretty luxurious personal development package - Twice a year company offsites (called Gigs Republic)! There are also Pads in Berlin, London and San Fransisco where you can sleep & work.
Cons
- Growing fast. It's a startup, so priorities can change quickly. You need to be able to deal with that. No week is the same. - Telecom data can be pretty complex. You need to be willing to roll up your sleeves and dive into some challenging data problems.
