      Excellent people to work with, great environment. Company tries to maintain an updated tech stack. Good reputation. Excellent work/life balance.

      Cons

      Management is erratic, constantly changing direction. Over-emphasis on pushing stuff to customers (sales). Unstable (project company, lots of ups and downs). No growth vector, stagnation.
