The CEO micromanages and doesn't trust his employees. At times it seemed that the business was not entirely truthful about their capabilities when pitching clients, leading to unhappy customers along the way.

High turnover, a CEO with poor people leadership skills, a culture that does not value work-life balance, and is perpetually stuck in start-up mode (constant fire drills, poor processes, disrespect for employees, valorizing constant working, etc.). The will underpay you and try to convince you that you have earning opportunities if you stay around long enough.
