      Good people but increasing micromanagement

      Pros

      Good company with good people working on it. They are helpful with obstacles you may have. It's a really great place to start career.

      Cons

      When working overtime or the weekends, no payment is provided but sometimes they will give you day offs.

      The work hours were usually flexible, there were two big breaks

      Cons

      The work was really not structured, only met HR once during my stay. As an intern, there was not a clear onboarding/plan
