Pros

Only good thing is you gain good friends.

Cons

Where to start. Breakfast is provided in company which may sound as a positive thing, however you are eating in a room where you are hearing noise of kitchen .The kitchen is small that sometimes you need to improvise and find awkward places to eat your food or you just stand and wait for free chair. You need to be 1hour earlier in your work to have a breakfast and I am not even sayin how early you need to take a servis. All your day is wated in Glamira. If you work in Glamira you need to accept that you can not have proper social life. People are working on holidays in Glamira, you can not plan anything with your Family becase you need to work. Usually they announce who and when you are working day before public holidays. Salary is low according to the work employees do.There are strict rules in this company. Manager are definately not friendly, they are cruel to workers. They do not appreciate work and effort of each worker. Most of employees are hired for on specific work, however it is so significant for Glamira that they assign you tasks that you should not do. Instead of hiring more people they are forcing you to do job for 3 people. Mostly you are working longer hours then you are supposed to as you are not able to handle everything asked. There is no improvement in technology that should help to handle work easier. Instead of that there is ridiculous amount of excel files thst you are filling manually. Before you leave you need ask for permission to go home . If there are some undone tasks you are not allowed to go to your HOME !The atmosphere in company is stressful as management is preferring to scream at workers. All your day depends on the mood of you boss. In case of bad review management is angry and always blaming workers for bad review even though bad comment does not have actually anything to do with them. There always needs to be someone to be blamed. Due to lack of employees they are asking you to handle other works, if you politely refuse work that does not have anything related to you they don't accept it and you MUST accept a extra job. They feel free to change your place or make you sit and work on places that are not healthy (4employees sitting on place for 2).After that you are yelled for that work because you are not capable to finish it. Heating and air-conditions are not working properly. Employees are bringing their own heaters or fans. For Glamira you dont have any needs, feelings, problems you are just there to work like a slaves. People from production are working long hours without resting and going home if there is season of holidays. Human sources is not speaking english at all, they are rude, so if you are not native in turkish you may struggle. I am sorry that there is no single positive thing to say.

Pros

Working in a plaza may feel nice.

Cons

-Horrible management: Executive management is not educated on digital operations, therefore will not let mid-level management perform their own up-to-date strategies. Out of 5 mid-level managers in Maslak Office, 4 were forced to quit their jobs or fired within less than a month. -False corporate image: You will be tricked into thinking Glamira is corporate while even a grocery has a more corporate outlook on their business. -Military discipline: You will be forced to be present at your desk at 8.45 and coming late will be documented even if you arrive at 8:46. -Illegal working hours: You will not be paid any extra time and you may be forced to work until 00.00 during busy campaign periods. -Severe mobbing: If you work in the Yenibosna branch, which is the headquarter of the company, you will be yelled at with some really nasty words by the managers. -You will be forced to work in an old-school way with some old-school strategies and will still be punished for poor results. -No feedback culture: Any mistake will be punished with dismissal. -LOW SALARIES: You will be UNDERPAID severely. -Heavy monitoring and no trust towards employees: Your computer will be monitored by TimeDoctor. -Using phones and going to the toilet draws negative attention. You are expected to follow the rules of corporate slavery or you're kicked out with no explanation. -Homophobic and misogynistic behavior in general.
