Management cut days off schedule without notice because of being sick, went from nearly 35+ hrs to less than 15 hrs.
Inconsistent procedures and training (figure it out as you go),
Lots of side talk about other employees, unprofessional environment
Benefits and options briefly discussed...little knowledge about how to access information from management.
Accusatory, labeled me as not able to take criticism well...
IN FACT, I have worked for two prior, "Top 100 Companies to Work for" and have never received that feedback from my managers at Microsoft or Sunglass Hut.
Most new people work the late shift. 4-10pm
No projects, little challenges
