Pros
The owner tries really hard to be a good person but seems to battle with her mental health.
Cons
This was supposed to be a dream job but it turned out to be quite heartbreaking. Shame/ blame culture is extreme and micromanagement is intense. Staff turnover is high and demoralizing. Senior staff are disgruntled and openly grumble about wanting to leave but staying for the high salary. I couldn’t stomach being a part of such a negative environment.

It was great to be part of a company which is known in the areas for being an agent for change.
Cons
The work environment is very stressful, with daily deadlines at times and tense collaboration with leadership.
