Pros

There is not one pro.

Cons

I can't stress this enough: don't believe the 5-star reviews, they are required by management. Also, they erased or made private a BUNCH of negative reviews, there used to be tons, I know because my friends and I used to come here and laugh/cry about it. This is the worst company I've worked in my life. The CEO is a ""sugar"" addict maniac who thinks his company is the next Google, while the product is crap and the employees are in the most toxic environment ever. Their excuse for the lack of organization or processes is that they're a “new” company, but they are almost 10 years old and just yesterday the whole marketing team were fired. They are a 10-year-old company without a marketing strategy or team LOL! No one lasts more than 6 months and if you do, you won't get a raise or a promotion because god knows what RH do in this company, there is no career plan or any benefits. And don't ask about it, you might get fired! There are no places to eat, and they insist that you don't eat in your workplace. There are no toilets enough for everybody and they have a roach problem, how did they solve it? They didn't, they just asked us to be cleaner. The employees are treated like trash, working so much, extra hours and no stop for absolutely no compensation or praise. The management don't know what anyone is doing and don't care. They fire people without reason and no warning, whole departments are laid off constantly. Forget any consistency or satisfaction for your job, forget mental health and saving at the end of the month. Forget asking for going to the doctor or days off. Anyway, I could be here for days. The best thing I've ever done for myself was leaving this hell. Don't apply, let the rot.

Pros

Amazing clients and decent salary. Some employees are great people.

Cons

Excessive and non-compensated after work hours. Employees are constantly being laid off, fired, or voluntarily leaving because they are not willing to put up with weeks of extra work. Bad ventilation and light on the ground floor. No proper social distancing and face-covering during COVID.

Pros

You'll learn quickly, but that's because it's utter chaos. Coworkers are great.

Cons

Everyone has multiple horror stories. Keeping workers in separate rooms to question them, firing them for suggesting that things should be improved, the worst people you'd never want to work for running the show. The overlords both from the company and the universities are never there and cast down their absurd demands without notice. The absolute worst management I've ever seen. They actually encourage toxicity in the workplace. They thrive on it and tell people "they can't keep up" or "it's excellence or nothing" when they realize and question it. Changing your hours from one day to the next. No balance because you need to be there at least 11 hours per day. CEO is an ex-PP polítician from Pozuelo, enough said. 90% of people don't stay a year because they hate it.
