GCS is a small growing company so your effort doesn't go unrecognized. They are friendly and supportive before you're here, while you're here, and after you're gone. As long as you're competent, willing to work and learn, and not entitled you will do well here.
Cons
If you're struggling and need help, no one will really know unless you speak up. The company does not have a system to monitor how well you're managing other than your quota. The company is small so sometimes what you get hired for might not be precisely what you end up doing, in the future, because they adjust as they go and need people to be where they are needed. This is a con if you are deadset on what you want your role to be.
