      good friendships plus locality was convenient, hmmmmm ????

      Cons

      management very very very poor, hassles, favouritism, different rules for different people, pay standard, lack of care and consideration, lack of consistency, target orientated ( for most but not others) depends if your face fits. back stabbing and liars, and that's just the management, even with each other many more faults to mention.

      1. No incentives 2. No Perks 3. No work related bonus 4. No share options 5. No training (you have to do it yourself in your own time). 6. Poor management 7. Micro management style to force cost cutting. 8. Big brother software monitors your time 9. You have to be 80% chargeable (not possible).

      Pros

      learned to be collaborative and responsive as the team should pass on useful notes of tasks to the next shift to follow up and ensure the documents were being processed flawlessly around the clock.

      Cons

      Can be a pros and depends on how you feel:- be prepared and flexible to be on call if you are assigned for weekend coverage when necessary. Weekend coverage roster to be taking turns that would be assigned by the supervisor.
