      good company with sometimes chaotic clients

      able to listen, try to change somethings but in the end it is still client oriented and still looks like outsourcing although you work for only one client

      Cons

      pays above avg, chaotic clients, sometimes toxic environment. only can be promoted to some point since key roles are still on customer side
