Pros

1.Five Days Work .(9.30 to 6.30 pm) 2.New Office Building 3.24 leaves in a year

Cons

1..GMI Interactive is a group of most dissatisfied employees headed by the most unprofessional persons and NRI partners.Management trust only two employees and partners are NRI's who is not communicating with the employees directly. 2.Delayed payment of Salary. I didn't get the salary even in a single month on the promised date ,i.e,7th of every month 3.Delayed / long pending payments of statutory benefits like ESI & EPF. 4.No hierarchy .You will get whatever designation you want;but you will be reporting to person at Asst.Manager category. 5.High rate of employee resignation 6.Non payment of promised performance incentives to TL's 7.GMI Kochi team is considered as second category people by the management in work recognition...etc. So it affects the team bounding. 8.Delayed settlement of resignation benefits 9.Management is solely depends on two employees and thus unaware of the exact pulse of the employees. Those two people will decide what the management needs to get informed or not informed.Office times are applicable to all employees except two plus one part time employee. The three will attend office as and when they need. 10.The language that the management is using in communicating with the employees is the most arrogant and disrespectful language .

Pros

The hours are flexible, teams, co-workers are really nice.

Cons

If your are ready to Deal with.. 0)the worst management ever. 1,the work environment is really bad. a)the overall lighting is worst causes you terrible headache. b)then the computers are a bunch of craps,if something went down you have to beg hr to make things done. c)lack of chairs, the new borns dont get a chair or pc unless one is resigned from the office,it may take a couple of months to get a proper seating arrangement. d)lack of facility in the dining area(second floor)..especially lack of chairs, not enough room, there is no water for washing and the funny part is you have to go from second floor to the first floor right through the office to wash your hands and tiffin boxes. 2,the delayed salaries, its not just a couple of days..Most of the time it could be late by a whole month. 3,Appraisals are not given in the basics of performance but in the basics of something else, not figured that yet (if the hr or management have a soft corner it will result in a better appraisal) 4,There is no parking facility, 5,Next is the PF,they made a cut from our salary every month but it won't reflect in our PF account. 6,Technology is not updated..using the old stuffs all the time..
