Pros

Good pay, fully remote with the exception of once of twice per year

Cons

HIGH degree of nepotism, gossip, poor leadership, weak HR, dishonest about professional development opportunities, Fires large groups of employees without warning. Very toxic work environment, personal vendettas interfere with work. Managers are not selected for skill but who can kiss up the most. Poor management in all areas.

Toxic Work Culture Built on Favoritism and Nepotism

Pros

Good place to learn basic, foundational skills

Cons

If you are looking for a company that values its people, fairness, transparency, or control over your professional growth, do not waste your time applying and working for this company. Your ability to succeed here is based on which team you are assigned and your book of business, neither of which you have any control over. After leadership assigns you to a team, they will blame you for not having the same growth opportunities that your peers have working with different clients. Promotions and new opportunities are handed out based on who you are related to, friends with, or connected to within your pod. Leadership likes to say they have “standards” that employees must meet before being promoted but funnily enough friends and family of leadership are able to be promoted without meeting these basic standards. Gossip is rampant and things you tell certain managers in confidence become company news the next day. Retaliation happens frequently - if you give constructive feedback to leadership, suddenly you receive lower performance reviews and snide comments are made by other members of the same “clique”. Personal vendettas take the stage and when you talk to HR, nothing changes (because SURPRISE they are friends with leadership and want to keep their jobs). Unless you enjoy office politics, double standards, and watching “favorites” be promoted PLEASE stay far, far, away.
