Pros
Drug Friendly Company, can smoke on breaks and even purchase on premises. If you don’t want to work, you really don’t have to and you can play dumb for yearssss. 401k match is great
Cons
You will be taken advantage of if you are a good worker. Seniority means nothing. They will keep you on night shift if you dont threaten to quit. You also have to babysit and tell other coworkers to do every aspect of their job.
