directly speaking this employer are: 1) not worth to expand anybody career path 2) Turn over rate high, most people newly joined this company will leave in less than 6 months. people come and go constantly 3)there are no work life balance in this company, no career path as been told during the interview session. Most employee are expected to do jobs not according to their jobs description or positions and the BIG boss will influence you as this is the good exposure for staff to learn new things . the BIG boss requires staff to work on weekends, late night, public holidays, meeting late night and hourly and stay back. not normal practice for staff to leave at 6pm, most has to stayback, some expected to stay longer. 4) BIG boss will give extremely bad low review if any potential employer conduct the background check. even though u good and expert in your areas, the BIG boss simply will rate your performance low. she even threaten the staff that they will not get other job if they dare to leave the company. not surprise to see some staff are stuck in this company yet BIG boss will tell people staff are happily work with her for years!!! 5) BIG boss is delusion, narcissist, ego, bad temper, bad mouth, keep cursing , yelling to staff. if anyone can work in this environment everyday then you are welcome to this company. she will body shame people constantly without look at the mirror herself. 6)there are no structure, planning, delegating works to staff. not clear instruction ,direction about the handling project. most project will be delayed, missed timeline, forget to update, last minutes . unprofessional . 7)BIG boss usually be little everybody in the company, only she has the best brain, best qualification, other people certificates are rubbish. 8)BIG boss always condemn the Islamic practice by others. she will mocking, teasing if anyone with religious appearance, performing prayer and other religious duty. im not sure why she has that issue however she proudly telling clients that what her company doing is jihad and helping other muslim. 9)once u work in this company, u hardly to leave as the BIG boss will screw your life, u need strong determination, courage to fight for your right. 10)BIG boss usually brag about her client, her projects or fake achievements just to amaze people . surprisingly people tend to believe with her story. BIG boss really psychopath and good at making people believe in her lies..so be careful. 11)most staff are underpay ,but they are doing 2 3 positions at one time. 12)never ever fall in BIG boss character. she could pretending to be friendly for the first time u meet her, when u figure out her true colors its already late.
