They buy you lunch sometimes Great team when the leaders aren't talking about you behind your back
Cons
Managers openly lie about PTO, compensation, and benefits. They also do not promote those who do not do them favors such as buying them coffee or lunch. The human resources "department" is just 1 person woefully underqualified to do the job. They hire college kids with promises of promotion and then fire them 2 weeks later because they do not like them. You will be told to do unethical things then get gaslit when you do not want to do them. Management only agrees with whatever they decide is right that day. Stay away!

Amazing team, supportive upper management, good work pay
Cons
Awful PTO, you work a lot of holidays (even Christmas Eve?) Your PTO is also your sick days, easily could be hybrid but it is not
