Pros

I can bring home paper towels and toilet paper of horrible quality and it's a good job to have in between real jobs. That's as "pro" as it gets.

Cons

Everything. I don't even know where to begin. People quit this place often and termination is very casually distributed for little to no reason. So people lose their jobs here by the dozen per year. As a result, the place is always running with rookies. New people that don't get the proper training immediately get fired for not being trained well only to be replaced by another rookie that knows even less. How idiotic is that? Unprofessional management with managers that are oblivious to the existence of their employees until the day an employee messes up. Unfair distributions of pay raise and favoritism is rampant throughout. They give everyone only 35 cents of raise for every year they work there and the pay starts extremely low. Cheap company making cheap toilet paper. You can clearly see the greed of management and their obsession with numbers. Management cares more about their money than the people making them their money. It's like the US government system compressed into a small cheap toilet paper factory. Every now and then they try to keep people happy by catering food from the worst places they can think of. But bad food is not going to pay our bills. They also keep a secret from an inspection crew that visits the company once a year around spring time. They come to inspect for cleanliness and for safety. However, they have a whole other second building just down the street that the inspectors don't know about. They cover the entrance sign of the second building with a tarp so the inspectors don't see it. It's highly illegal what they do. So I just hope one day they catch on and bust them for it. I bet there will be tons of penalties to pay and who knows what else. We already know how they feel about their money. It would be a shame if they lost tons of it due to illegally hiding a building from inspection for years. So all in all, stay away from this company and keep searching. You can do much better than work at a cheap toilet paper factory.
