Globaldots is the worst company to work for. The management is amateur and people are hired based on personal connections or family ties rather than professional skills or capabilities. The so-called expertise they offer is just a facade. Each department is plagued by micro-managers who make others do they work, and take credit for it. The CMO is the biggest fraud. The HR department knows nothing about labor law and allows harassment cases to occur,firing the victims instead. The CEO is virtually absent. This company is the least of his concerns. It only serves to line his pocket.
