This works like a well oiled machinery, where we have adopted new age recruitment systems, well structured teams which are given ownership of assignments, collaboration is encouraged, creating great learning opportunities for every team member, especially for consultants who are self motivated and who are client focussed .
Cons
Well, work can get hectic during peak periods, like probably any large sized Consulting firm, and timelines from the clients can get aggressive sometimes, which is also a great re-assurance that our work is appreciated by our clients
