      Work life balance, less pressure and friendly environment etc.

      Cons

      The main and the biggest con is salary they give you as a fresher for associate Analyst only 12500 and ask for relocate and just think if a person is relocating to gurugram the minimum rent for single person is 5000 then how much you left with and you have to spend that money for your whole month and for other expenses.

      As an established service based company they - have wide list of clients - give you ample opportunities to grow - give you decent salary with good structure and flexi benefits

      Cons

      Work / life balance is shaken which will be case for folks on a growing path. Since, it is a service based company, providing best services to clients is utmost important which sometimes took your additional hours. You don't need to worry about work/life balance if you are sunken deep in your comfort zone. :)
