      Some leadership folks are AMAZING, protect and grow their teams, and are delightful to work with.

      Cons

      Some leadership folks are AWFUL, totally self-focused, and at times can be needlessly harsh - even brutal.

      They provide a fully remote workplace

      Cons

      They allow one very immature and unprofessional developer to ruin the experience for everyone. There are frequent situations where the developer will yell, swear, insult, and demean co-workers, bosses, executives, and contractors. The developer is enabled by a clueless VP and CEO. The technology stack is 20 years old. It is a wonder any fixes can be made. If anyone cared to hack the system, it would be relatively easy.
