All the employees are friendly in nature

Cons

No proper management and some managers are worst. They don't know even how to speakers English. environment is negative. Some people at management level are very selfish. No process. Can't recommend to any other person.

Only pros is that your days start at 11am and ends at 3pm.

Cons

yes. this is something employees should look into it. it's a company of fake promises by both HR & Mgmt. All MRs are working in an IT Company.
