Shocking in all aspects

Pros

Working with some good brands. (Who they will lose eventually)

Cons

Waste people’s time. Hire and fire without deep diving on the product and barriers to success. Within a team of 10, I saw 6 people come in and leave within months. Management are incapable, unorganised, unprofessional. Clear cash flow issues.

Pros

- Working with some high-profile clients

Cons

- Management are rude, treat staff poorly and have no idea of what is actually happening within their own company - A complete lack of direction, which in turns lead to a demotivated workforce - A bullying culture from the top, with constant threats of job losses - Staff are underpaid and often paid late, which for some can be very worrying - Little to no training is available for new staff, again from other reviews you can see this leads to a high turnover in staff

Pros

- The opportunity to work with the worlds biggest and best sports organisations (Federations, Rights Holders, Clubs, Teams and National Governing Bodies) and learn how they operate. - The opportunity to build your personal network of senior figures and decision makers within these global sports organisations. - The CEO and Chairman have an extensive wealth of knowledge not only about the sports industry, but around sales, partnerships and marketing. - The CEO and Chairman won’t look to micro manage. Instead they provide you with the tools and will let you work your own way. (As long as results are seen of course) - The team are young, fun and driven - The company has seen a lot of growth over the years and is respected in the sports industry as the go to job board and content platform My time at GlobalSportsJobs provided me the opportunity to learn key business skills, build a network of contacts and understand how the Sports industry operates.

Cons

Sales in this industry can be tough - be prepared for the occasional no or rejection!
