Where do I begin? This company has a very limited time-off policy, no work- life balance, very unprofessional senior managers. They have a reputation in the industry for not paying their freelancers and vendors, and treating their full time employees poorly. The CFO who also doubles as an HR person, is a very rude woman named Athena who because of her title tries to intimidate people all day, by insulting and yelling at them. In my entire career history, this by far was my worst experience. If you decide to work here, be ready to accept one job and be expected to do 3! On your days off or sick days, you will expected to be constantly glued to your email. I would recommend steering as far as possible away from this company, as they do not care about their employees, vendors or even clients for that matter. Its' a little company that wants to play with the big boys, but has no clue on how to do this since they don't have a clue or any professionalism for that matter!

Favoritism towards certain individuals who the CEO places too much trust in. Inept leadership from the too down, bad decision making from senior leadership, poor preparation for business presentation. Owners are older and lost their passion placing the company in the hands of new leadership who are not proven or committed. How can you begin preparations for one of the biggest new business presentations just days before and expect the client to hand you their business with a laughable at best presentation. Poor planning on your part does not constitute an emergency on mine...
