Pros
Great project team, supportive, non toxic environment (small project team of about 5 peoples). Very comfortable working here.
Cons
HR management is bad (but they’re a friendly bunch), engineer like me is underpaid & also understaff (I’m working for 2 jobs right now), no overtime and ridiculous replacements leave policy.
