      Different projects and clients mean you can be exposed to different requirement and technology. so in a way u will grow your knowledge. but it depends on which department you're in.

      can get overload. if you dont get good PM and consultant for your project, you will lost.

      Company promote work life balance. The yearly increment and bonus are quite high. Strong management and technical team. Challenging and rewarding projects.
