- Salary is extremely low considering how much workload employee has to handle. - Benefit package is terrible. (the first year PTO is around 0.5 - 2 days) - limited educational opportunity (Employees learn most of work on their own from the day 1) - Work load is tremendous without proper training and most employees have to work overtime to complete the assigned tasks. - Management discourages to request overtime compensation because they think the employees are inefficient. - The management is inability to give specific instructions and say "Do it toughly, " or "Just get it done". - The company do not treat you right if you are not Japanese speaker. They definitely treat employees different based on what languages they speak. - Management talk bad things about employees behind their back and it can affect how you are treated. - Management take credit for success for something that employees have completed. May feedbacks are given for negative feedbacks but not positive feedbacks. - Management is obsessed with past success and fail to recognize the times are changing. - Management surround themselves with "YES PERSON". They do not want to hear critiques or harsh opinions and only listen to whatever they would like to hear. -Management is too optimistic about their company's situation.
