A non-sense internship that adds no value to professional growth

The original idea of the startup sounds good.
Cons
Tasks don't make sense to the title. Interns are asked to use their own sources (phone, transportation cost) to close a deal with business partners. Tons of unethical issues includes asking interns to devote personal account/ghost account for work, not caring for problems such as sexual harassment, abuse the interns are facing. No training, no supervision is ever provided. The leader aka the founder of the company never listens but attacks his staff with their words. The leader emails blaming how the intern fails for not learning anything at the company after they resign. Interns receive messages related to work after they sign out or in the evenings or on weekends. There is no boundary between work and private life. Micro-management is happening every single day at work.
