Toxic, horrible, indescribable experience
Pros
- you get your table wiped by cleaner every morning - you get free cheap and unhealthy cookies + drinks in the pantry - salary increment around RM50
Cons
- toxic: bad management, leader doesn’t get the power to decide everything, always listen to “HQ” - irresponsible: the so called I will take in charge is always a lie, at the end of the day if you’re unable to hit sales target, you will get terminated, even if your health issues - no career opportunities: you wouldn’t learn anything, all done by themselves internally, if you are not the favourite person, resign immediately - cost saving: hired internship with cheap labour and fired them after 4 months of internship - working hours: they even questioned you why long toilet breaks like primary school yet the leader can pick up kids during working hours at anytime - no work-life-balance: capability is depending on if you’re able to go early and leave later than anyone else - poor management: if you are a fresh graduate or experienced, do not join this company. Your salary can never increase unless you’re able to polish their shoes like nobody else
