Experienced management giving 100% focus on the business and employees, Amazing training in B2B sales process and general marketing

Offices were too small for 13 account managers (I've heard they have moved)

Pros

Relaxed atmosphere during your work shift, good hours-5 days work week, the manager proivdes you with help if you need it.

Cons

No contract is given when you start. Probation period was variable, first it was 2 weks, then it became 30 days, for which you don't get paid, unless you make a sale. Eventually you might get paid, when your customer pays the invoice, but that can take up to 90 days. You have to make at least 5 Platinum sales, during your probation period in order to be offered a contract for 500 EUR base salary+ commissions. That is about 45% less than the current minimum wage. And finally if you accepted the contract offer, you dont work for the company itself, you end up working for contractors. Cold calling is the lowest percentage sale call. Cold calling has a very high rejection rate. Multiple rejections can change the salesperson's mentality and make it more difficult to act friendly and complete calls.[
