unfortunately maybe the hiring process was the big mistake in this company. There was a lot of unuseful staff who don't work, just stay the office and play something instead of the work. They came from different business field, so they definitely don't have key knowledges of this company's business. But some of they got a high position of the job. It means it was decided the future failed. I wanted to join this company in early stage and try.
